Jet Tech Europe S.r.l. is Producer of MesoJet technologies and Ready Medical, Jet Solution and PreciousWave lines products.
This document is a legal agreement between you, the User, and the entity providing Spameditaly.com. It governs your use of the online properties and, in any case, for the use of the services provided. “Legal agreement” means that the terms of this agreement are binding on the relationship between you and us once you have accepted the terms. For simplicity, “User”, “you”, “your” and similar terms, either in singular or plural form, refer to you, the User. “We”, “our”, “us” and similar terms refer to the corporation that owns and manages Spameditaly.com as outlined in the present document. “Spameditaly.com” refers to the current website and/or application. “Agreement” refers to this document, as amended from time to time. The Agreement is concluded in the Italian language.
In order to use Spameditaly.com, you must read this Agreement carefully and agree to accept the same. If you place an Order on our site, you have automatically accepted this Agreement.
In order to use the Service or any part of it, Users must register in a truthful and complete manner by providing all the required data in the relevant registration form. The Users must also accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions in full. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
It is understood that the Owner shall not be held responsible under any circumstances in case of loss, disclosure, theft or unauthorized use by third parties, for whatever reason, of the User’s access credential.
Registered Users can delete their accounts and stop using the Service at any time directly by contacting the Owner.
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account at any time and without notice.
The content available on Spameditaly.com is protected by the laws in force on intellectual property rights and by related international treaties.
In addition, the trademarks MesoJet, Jet Solution, Ready Medical, PreciousWave and Jet Detox Water are registered trademarks of the Owner and may only be used with express written permission.
The products presented and purchasable on the site are for professional use and intended exclusively for beauty professionals and not for the end consumer.
JetTechEurope s.r.l generally manages to process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Should any delays occur in the preparation of the order, these do not however entail the right of withdrawal.
An express courier is used for shipments.
In some countries outside the EU, customs or import charges may be added to the shipping costs and charged to the User when the package reaches the country of destination. The Owner has no responsibility or possibility to intervene with respect to these latter charges which are outside its sphere of control. If you suspect that you are in a country where there are customs charges or restrictions on the entry of certain products, please inform yourself about this before placing your order.
In the event that the order cannot be delivered to the user for reasons relating to customs restrictions on access and is returned intact to Jet Tech Europe Srl, the user shall be reimbursed for the amount paid, minus the shipping costs incurred and any other charges necessary to re-import the products.
Our terms and conditions of sales are EX-WORKS – Italy.
Therefore, the goods travel at the client’s risk, also in the case that the shipping expenses have been at our charge.
Since the Spameditaly.com website and all products presented therein are for professional use only, the user must necessarily be a professional and not a consumer. So, there is no right of withdrawal for any product.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, from any obligation or liability, including any legal costs incurred in defending himself in court, which may arise from damages caused to third parties, in relation to products purchased on the Spameditaly.com website, violation of the law or the terms of these terms of service.
The accepted methods of payment are by bank transfer and credit and/or debit card.
Orders will be shipped once payment is received.
Any promotional codes may be entered when filling out the purchase order. The system will update the total amount of the order net of the value of the voucher.
For information on the use of personal data, Customers should refer to the privacy policy in the specially dedicated section within the site.
All communications relating to Spameditaly.com must be sent using the contacts stated in the Contract.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be removed, and the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and they will remain in force.
These Terms and any dispute concerning the implementation, interpretation and validity of this agreement are subject to the law, the jurisdiction of the state and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Owner has their registered offices.
These Terms are drawn up and revised in Italian. Versions in other languages are provided for information purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency between different linguistic versions, the version drawn up in Italian shall always prevail.
